How do I place an order?
You can place an order simply by going to the Online Store and adding items to your cart. Once you have placed the earrings in your cart, click on the "checkout" link, where you will be taken to PayPal to make a secure payment via CreditCard or your PayPal account.
You can also purchase earrings through etsy.com.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept CreditCard and PayPal payments, and direct deposit for customers with an Australian bank account. If you are paying by direct deposit, please contact me directly to order. Please note your order will not be shipped until payment from a direct deposit has cleared and therefore may take longer to reach you.
How soon will I get my order?
I ship orders on Mondays and Thursdays. For Australian customers your delivery is expected within 1-3 days, for International customers delivery times vary but you will generally recieve your jewellery order within 2 weeks. For more information see my Store Policies page, or contact me directly.
How much is postage and handling?
Each order is packaged and shipped in one gift box. Shipping for one gift boxed order to anywhere in Australia is $4. Shipping internationally for one gift boxed order is $5.50. If you require more than one gift box for your order you will need to contact me for shipping rates.
What is your return policy?

What materials do you use?
The materials used in Juno jewellery designs consist of sterling silver wire, links and ear hooks, and specialty glass, shell, pearl, lava or Swarovski Crystal beads. Certain earrings (such as Athena Black) utilise black nickel as a design element which may not be suitable for sensitive ears. If you like the look of the black nickel wire but would like sterling silver ear hooks, please contact me directly.
How do I care for my jewellery?
All sterling silver jewellery can be gently cleaned with a silver polishing cloth. You should take care not to bend the wire out of shape when polishing.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I love International customers just as much as Australian customers. Please be patient with your order as it will take a little longer to arrive. If you need express shipping, please contact me.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes, gift certificates can be purchased from the Gift Ideas page.
Can you gift wrap my order?
All orders are automatically packaged in a plastic gift box wrapped in coloured ribbon as seen in the image below.
Each order is packaged in 1 gift box. If you have multiple items in your order and would like them individually gift boxed, please contact me.

What currency do you sell in?
All prices listed are in Australian Dollars. You may choose to purcahse earrings from the Juno range from etsy.com which lists in United States Dollars.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes. Please contact me for any custom orders including special requests on colour, style, packaging or bulk orders.
