General Terms
Please note: all pieces are hand crafted and therefore no two pieces are identical. All measurements are given as an indication only and buyers should allow for slight variances in size and colour shown in the display images.
Payment
- Payment is expected in full within 3 days of transaction
- Juno accepts PayPal for International customers and PayPal or Direct Deposit for Australian customers
- All prices include free gift packaging (1 box per order)
- You may cancel your order by contacting me if your package has not already been shipped. Any refunds for cancellation may incur a small fee for any PayPal transaction fees incurred.
Shipping
- Juno products are shipped around Australia via regular post, internationally via regular airmail
- Delivery times will depend on your location, but you will generally receive your items within 3 business days in Australia, and between 4-6 business days around the world (please note international deliveries can take as long as 2 weeks to arrive, contact me if your item takes longer than this).
- If you would like your jewellery to be shipped express post please contact me before making payment so I can give you a total price
- Insurance is optional, please contact me if you like your items insured
- Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties, taxes or customs charges that may be incurred
- Packages are shipped on Mondays and Thursdays
Refunds and Exchanges
- A refund, store credit or exchange will be given for any jewellery that is found to be damaged upon receipt; the customer is responsible for any shipping charges to return the item
- No refunds or exchanges will be given for change of mind, once the item has been shipped
- Any returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the item
Packaging
- Each order is packaged in a protective plastic gift box, and wrapped with coloured ribbon, as shown in the example images. If you need each pair of earrings in your order individually gift packaged, please contact me.
- The earrings are hooked through an earring tag, wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a plastic gift box which is wrapped with ribbon
- The box is then placed inside a ziplock bag and shipped in a padded postpak, ensuring your item is delivered to you in perfect condition, ready to wear or give as a gift!
